Our Missions and Ministry Team supports Covenant missionaries, educates the congregation about missions, supports Trinity mission trips, and organizes World Relief offerings. Our international commission meets on the second Wednesday of the month at 7:00 p.m. On the fourth Wednesday at 7:00 a.m. they meet in the prayer room at Trinity to pray for our missionaries. Please feel free to join either session, to either learn more about what our commission is doing or to prayer for our missionaries.

A group from Trinity went to visit our missionaries Andres and Beatriz in Colombia in May 2007. Our members helped in the Love Brigade, bathing, grooming and feeding the destitute on the streets of Bogota. We also help support children attend school at Potosi. For $20.00 a month you can help pay teacher salaries, provide meals, books and uniforms. There are many ways to assist in the amazing ministries in Colombia. There are many needs for the drug rehabilitation homes and the vocational training for the recovering addicts as well.

Meet Jenny Johnson is a daughter of Covenant missionaries. She just graduated from Willamette University and has taken the plunge to do urban mission work in Los Angeles, CA for two years. Trinity is proud to support her work in the inner city. Please find out more about her ministry by visiting her blog at: www.likerainoncrackedearth.blogspot.com

Jennifer Harris has been a missionary in Peru for ten years. So many people have been blessed by Jennifer’s obedience to God’s call in the jungle. She has helped many under employed people start micro enterprises and have both their physical and spiritual needs met. In their new church building they hold services every night and several times a day. They have many churches throughout the jungle for which she and the ministers from Pucallpa provide the spiritual nurturance. Fourteen children also live in her house in which she is the surrogate mother for providing assistance with education and day to day living. If you would like to hear more about her work, email her at and ask to receive Jen’s jungle news.

Rancho Santa Marta: For years Trinity has been supporting this orphanage in Mexico by sending materials and groups of youth and families. The work consists of providing physical support of building new buildings, painting, digging ditches, and any other help that is needed. For more information visit the ranch's website at http://www.ranchosantamarta.org/templates/System/details.asp?id=22705&PID=59093
